Needed to pick out a shirt for my grandmother's funeral. The staff that did talk with me would only say that the dressing rooms were closed and we couldn't try in items. No alternative option was given to see if the shirt would fit me. Staff acted as if they could care less if I got what I needed or not. I went to Cato's after that and they were much more helpful.
