My cat had vomited on and off during the course of a day and I was worried she had ingested a piece of material from some decor we had recently set up. I called to make an emergency app and they were able to get me in within the next couple hours since my cat was stable. My cat took extra time and needed to be sedated to be examined, have the x-Ray done and ultimately a scope due to her not being cooperative. Dr. Pillai did a great job of keeping us informed of what was happening with her. They ended up removing a bunch of hair ties with the scope and she didn’t have to have surgery. I’m so grateful!

Highly recommend! I came in to the emergency clinic because my dog had an upset stomach for about 24 hours and seemed to get worse over night. I called several clinics first thing in the morning but they were all booked up. I was afraid my dog had become dehydrated from the continuing stomach issues and I was afraid to wait for an appointment, so we sought immediate care. Everyone we worked with was very professional, caring, respectful, and personable. Pam gave me great info over the phone before I came in, Melissa sat on the floor to help my dog feel less nervous as we discussed her symptoms, and Dr. Koperna answered all of my questions about my dog's condition and ways to help her recover at home. Their social distancing procedures and requirements made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time I was inside the clinic. The icing on the cake was that the total bill, including medications, was less than the exam price I had been told over the phone. I will be returning to the non-emergency clinic as my primary pet care provider!

wanted $1000 for treatments when all I came here for was an ultrasound. very unhelpful and money greedy
