Husband is having problems with his oxygen concentrator calls after hours like he was told to do instead of bringing him another one we ar having to stay up all night to make sure it doesn't overheat

Called in December to order a cpap, they said it would be Jan the 17 before the first available date.nI called another place in town and had it the same day.nThey never did call me for my appointment on the 17th either.

My doctor wanted me to be monitored overnight and had me go through Lincare for an overnight pulse ox reading. Joe with Lincare called and made sure I was home and ready for him to come by and drop the pulse ox off. He was very nice and respectful :) He explained how to use the device and what to do through the nthis fit if I woke up or the device slipped off. He said he’d be by the next day to pick it up for me and take it back for processing. He was awesome!! I highly recommend this business and hope you get Joe!
