Unprofessional. The people who answer the phone can’t tell you anything, and those who supposedly can, never come to work or call you back. Being busy is not an excuse. You’re either improperly staffed, unfamiliar with what it means to provide professional service, or you’re just apathetic and unorganized as a result. Whichever the case, there are too many of your competitors to choose from to waste any time here.

Called several times to but a big order of clones. The guy in charge never called me back even after I talked to his manager.
