close to campus and Walmart which is a huge bonus for a college student. Cheaper place to live and work with students well. Has nice amenities such as a pool, rec center that you can rent, and a tornado shelter. Lots of community activity with the families in the park and always trying to include everyone to come socialize and have fun! Really liked living here because of the neighbors and convenience of the location to campus and Walmart with the country feel.

Seems like it always stinks over there. It's roach Central also. The neighbor with the older model black charger keeps roaches. You can even see them crawl on her outside walls and deck. Straight trashy.
