Jimmy Oliver is a great divorce attorney! He will stand up for you and your rights. So if you are looking for someone that will take care of you he is the one, look no further.

Melissa DeLaCerda and Jimmy Oliver are the worst attorneys I have ever retained. They did not manage to collect the attorney's fees I was owed even though I had a slam dunk case against the defendant. They did not even manage to throw him in jail even though he was barely able to come up with the money to comply with the repayment plan on bills that were over a decade old!!!! I had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying my other bills just so I could come up with the money to pay them. After all this, I haven't even received enough money from the defendant to recoup my attorney's fees (which again I did not get) to break even. I only have a high school education and have never worked in my life, I count on child support to be able to pay for all my bills for my four kids from three different dads. I am now in search of another attorney to sue the second dad so I can finally afford to live comfortably, without having to resort to finding a job. Non-custodial parents should pay for all their children's bills!!! The only good thing I got out of this whole situation is that I get to claim them on my taxes.

Great lawyer. Can be difficult to get calls returned. Often have to hound the secretaries...
