Want a Tiger? Contact Delacerda. Truth. Thorough. Experienced. Honest with her clients - and if you don't have a case, she will tell you. There is always a gamble if a case goes to trial and there is always a gamble if circumstances against a client come up later (clients have to be VERY honest too). However, I have hired Ms. Delacerda on several different matters and am 101% satisfied with the results. I have recommended this attorney over and over and over and there has always been a WOW. Her office also has a short meeting policy that is NOT expensive at all - call, set up an appointment with her secretary, shake hands and sit down to tell her your case. She can usually tell immediately if there is a legal case here. Yes, if ANY attorney takes your case on, there will be a retainer fee because there is immediate WORK being done on your behalf with paperwork, phone calls and research. But Results? ABSOLUTELY.
