This is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. All the staff is very friendly. Dr. Reese and her dental assistants are very attentive, easy to talk to, and eager to help. Skylar is especially friendly and always makes me feel comfortable! They always addressed any concerns I had and explained everything clearly.

I have nothing really bad to say about the dental side except that in the end they did not care that I was in pain from the root canal they did. I mainly decided to go elsewhere because of the constant rescheduling and the fact that when it was important they either had to do it on their time which I had to deal with work and school all week or I was waiting a month. I did not agree to gingivitis treatment and my new dentist tested me and said I absolutely did not need it. So they were originally trying to charge 265 for that before I questioned charges before an appointment... they make you pay BEFORE you are treated. Just check your charges is my only advice.

The assistant who took the x-rays was very nice, took her time. The dentist was less than cordial, spent roughly 5-10 minutes total on my exam and discussing the results. I had spoken to her about my primary concerns, but still had to ask questions to get her ideas on what was happening and how it could be repaired. She rushed through a list of what I needed repaired, without fully explaining anything or giving me any sort of comprehensive plan of action. I was rushed to the person who handles the payment plans for the future treatment, but the whole thing had taken so long (waiting room took the most-actual visit was under 30min) that I had to return to my office. The recommended services, with my insurance, were astronomical, even knowing that they would be expensive. I am going to take their plan and go to a local dentist, to get a second opinion on both treatment and cost. I just felt like it was very impersonal, the dentist was very young, aloof. It wasn’t horrible, the technology and office seemed too notch, I just want a little more guidance & personal attention from my dentist.
