Google maps brought me straight to them. Park on the lot next to them. Walk to check in wait for a door. When loaded go back to lot park and walk to office for seal and paperwork. I got a door fast and loaded right away. Less than an hour pick up. Keep up the good job Customized Distribution.
The old lady she is not helpful I did told her my son very sick he is in hospital I explained her but she did not understand my situation I said please accept my load right now she said she doesn't care about my son I m waiting Now
Don’t count on cheap and heavy Robinson to provide directions. Shipper doesn’t answer phone either so go south on York off US 62 then turn right on North. In residential area this is best approach and don’t follow GPS either. Gravel staging area on right just before tracks. 3 docks they load timely
They take to long to load the truck. Appointment was at 11am got here at 10AM sat in bull pen until 11:45 am and then sat in dock until 4PM ,they ate up all of my on duty time. Will never haul out of here again.
I ride along with my trucker husband and every time we come here, they get us in and out fairly quickly. Really nice people who work here. Definitely can't say that about other places we go. These guys seem to respect a truckers time. Just wish others did. Also... the people who gave a review on this place but have never dealt with or been here on business should not be giving a review at all. Any business, for that matter. Only do reviews on something you actually know about. It's not fair to these businesses to have a low rating due to people giving reviews on places they know nothing about.
