These people are so kind. I had to rent a piece of medical equipment. A couple of months later I was put into the hospital without warning and them moved to assisted living facility and was not allowed to leave for 6 weeks. When I was finally able to leave, I immediately returned the equipment soon as I could. I explained what had happened and bless their hearts, they took 2 months off my bill. They are good people.

The customer service is great but I want to warn you about their knee scooters. I rented one the and a back wheel fell off they replaced it with another and 6 days later one of the back wheels fell off the second one!!
