This mobile home park is expensive to live in.
It's a quiet place and there are a lot of families and elders around which feels a bit safer personally. The trailers I've been in are in nice condition and all the lots are pretty tidy, easy to maneuver around and also the available trailers for rent or own are quite affordable and definitely an option I'd look into.
Me and my family personally live in this park.nThe landlord's name is Dave. We have only been here a few months but we absolutely love living here. Very clean very well-kept maintenance guys are on top of everything. As soon as we report an issue it gets taken care of. If the owners of Sleepy Hollow a reading this thank you. If you're considering living here it's very peaceful and family-friendly.
They are willing to go all in and trust people. They always there when you need them. Their maintaince crew does a lot of extra stuff to make sure everything is good. It's really close to V.A. hospital and the SSI office and close to anything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
