Thanks to Rhiannon at Uhaul customer service my move was wonderful. Everything went wrong for us at the 51st ave store with the reservation and the staff. I called the 1800 number and after a few transfers and asking for a supervisor I got Rhiannon , real simple, SHE LISTENED to my problem, offered me a solution very quickly and made me have some confidence in uhaul again and that management does care. thanks Rhiannon for all your help and for helping us in such a stressful situation! More managers should follow her methods if they want their customers to feel like they actually matter. thanks soo ooo much
