Dr. Gregory is a wonderful MD and my experience with the lady behind the front desk has always been very professional and helpful.

The older woman at the front desk was very disrespectful. I greeted her and tried to obtain my medical record. She very rude and took two phone calls while having me wait because of a miscommunication. I believe this older woman needs to be fired or an attitude adjustment. While she was on the phone she attacked the way I dressed all blatantly in front of me. She even clean her nails with a letter opener how disgusting! I don't know what entitlements this woman thinks she has but she needs to fix herself!

Lady behind behind the desk was super rude and disrespectful wasn’t being helpful at all was making phone calls while I was talking to her very bad service
