Just had the most pleasant experience with Liz! Even thought I wasn’t physically there in the store she helped me more than I could ever imagine and find me exactly what I was looking for. She’s truly a doll and I’d suggest anyone to go check out these nice folk when they’ve got the chance

So far this year, I have bought 7 pairs of shoes for myself, and my kids at this store ( 3 sets of heydudes, a pair of Hoaka, Timberland, Merrell, and Asportuguesas). I have come to rely on the expertise of Greyland, on each of my purchases. The Hoaka and the Asportuguesas, I would not have even known about, if Grayland had not pointed them out, and shown me just how comfortable they were. This is not the type of customer support and service that you could hope to gain from purchasing online. As long as this gentleman is working at this shop, I will be a return customer

My son and I went in this evening to buy 4 pairs of shoes...I was talking to another associate about some birkenstocks. He asked if I wanted 3 strap or 2...I said oh just grab 1 of each and Ill decide...a lady by the name of Jeanetta butted in and yelled PLEASE...then she looked at me and said please and thank you goes along ways...I looked at her because I didnt understand...she started accusing me of being rude...which the guy that was helping looked juat as confused as me..tbis is very unprofessional....will NOT do business when shes there...
