Red Dirt Raceway

This is a great track for all!nnWhen 305 Sprint, modified, etc. etc. guys/gals come here (quite a few go out of their way to do so) to test, dial in new cars or setups for this track AND/OR their home track (or any combination you can come up with) vs. other tracks, it speaks volumes to about how they feel about running here!n(how the track is managed, quality of track prep, etc. etc.)nnThis is dirt racing...and I seriously cannot think of a SINGLE dirt track in the country that hasn't had it's fair share if 'bumps in the road' (so to speak) through it's lifetime for whatever reason(s), but Meeker has always found a way to keep going and improving through the decades. The various owners and operators have progressively brought us to where we are today...with a GREAT 1/4 mile dirt track facility, for racers and spectators alike (of and for ALL ages)!nnGreat staff, great racing, great racing programs, a great website w/ live timing, etc. what seems to be more races and bigger races each year, too!nnPick a race that sounds exciting, if you are unsure of what the class names mean, just Google them and/or call the track. I have can't recall a time where I couldn't get a car count or info on races by calling.nnSo definitely head out there and watch the red dirt go flying with your family, friends, or yourself and check it out for yourself. It is an easy drive and LESS than an hour from OKC!nn------nnI (and many others I am sure, lol) am really looking forward to the racing season FINALLY getting underway (in all forms) In regards to Meeker specifically, testing here is the first weekend of March (March 6th, I believe) and I can't wait! -- it has felt like a looooong off-season, lol. (Plus, I was unable to make it to Meeker last year - because of, well, 2020)nnI feel really fortunate that I was able to make ANY dirt track and drag races last year (working on a car and/or spectating)!!nn-----nnLet's all do our part to help the economy (and in turn, each other) by getting out, enjoying life and keeping businesses and racing facilities alive and well!!nIf we all stay safe and do what we gotta do and look at things in a different/new light.. we can help ensure we can support our families, our communities and things such as racing (tracks and racers alike to put on a great show!)

Totally loved it! The fact that TEXAS took home the win was priceless! Great weekend we will be coming back. I'd just like friendlier people next time, I'm from Texas, I like hospitality.

Haven't been in yrs..decided to go after finding out a friends son raced out there..we had a blast..better stands..nice people..great concession stand..cant wait to go again..
