My sister hired this company for my elderly parents to open their pool for summer they showed up and my father went to talk to them about the chemicals they bought to put in the pool and the guys tried to leave this is the first day after talking to them again they put the pump on the tarp pumped the water out and instead of cleaning the leaves off they pulled the tarp and dumped the leaves in the pool and then tried to charge extra for them to clean them out. My husband and uncle cleaned it out and filled it with water then they were supposed to come back and shock the pool and change the sand in their pump last week never came. Called Friday and said he had sand and they would be here today and here it is 2 o’clock they haven’t called we’ve called twice claims that people bought all the sand they had over the weekend (why the sand for my parents pool hadn’t been set aside beats me)then I call and ask when the truck will be there he says they just give us a date no time. Highly do not recommend very poor quality business take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to get screwed around.
