IHOP

Didn't answer the phone... got home. Missing an entire dish. They are refunding it. The manager was nice on phone when I called to let then know about the missing item. Had to go in to get the curbside orders as well. Food was great

The late night staff was awesome. The food was fresh and delicious. The pancakes were hot. The Mountain Dew was perfect. Actually the best service I've ever recieved from an IHOP. I recommend a late night stop if you're out and hungry.

Please, IHOP, do not offer curbside ordering when you never intended to bring out the food in the first place. At least this experience explains why they didn't even have decent directions on where to park for curbside. I placed an online order around 10:17 am and the website claimed my order would be ready at 10:34 am. I pulled into a random parking spot beside the front entrance (none were marked for curbside) and attempted to call IHOP twice. The phone rang for 6 minutes, both times, before I finally hung up. Then I went inside the resturant and had to wait another 15 minutes before my food came out of the kitchen and was ready to go. At this time, the employee who was helping me (she was nice, my complaint is not against her) informed me that they had run out of some of the things I ordered and offered to replace them. I agreed and it was fine. Finally, after receiving my food, I realize that half of my order is missing. I never received extra hash browns to replace my potato cakes, I ended up paying two extra dollars for regular pancakes (they were out of the topping I wanted), and I did not receive gravy on my country fried steak. This is the second time I have ordered online from them and the same thing happened before. I am unsure if the problem is with the cooking staff or the manager or someone higher up, but I feel like IHOP has been declining in quality for some time now. I will not be returning to IHOP in Muskogee. Thank you for spending the time to read my review.

I had breakfast here ,and was really not happy with how we were treated. We were sat down for along time not even offer what we would like to drink, while waiting they were serving everyone else and even the people next to us when the waiter finally ask us what we would like i said i was this close to leaving he stated that he wasn't our waiter . Wow !! You work there ,and their should be team work even if its not your table to wait on YOU work there!!! So even if it's not your table to serve you should help each other out TEAM work. The customer service was rude,and I couldn't understand him saying that because you work there you should do everything to make people wanna come back .

Service fantastic. Food fantastic. Lindsay took our order she did a fantastic job wonderful service. Our food was out immediately hot cooked correctly no issues.
