It looked discouraging when I saw the drive thru line. I was happy to have my order taken quickly and the line moved even faster! Everyone I came in contact with was so pleasant!nLunch was delicious!
I have never been disappointed by food or service at this location. Training I believe is key in the excellent customer service and product. Even with the longest lines at lunch I have never waited longer than 10 minutes total before getting my order and it is always correct.
Great people work here. My son threw up all over himself while we were ordering with the lady walking next to us taking our order. She was real understanding and courteous.
I'm super bummed today after ordering my favorite meal. I couldn't even finish it. Fries were way too soggy and not completely done. And my chicken was so dry I could barely bite the little nuggets and rip them in half. They were tough! I ate maybe half of the 12 piece and half the fries. Super bummed. I've never had a bad experience here, but today I couldn't finish it.
Love this place. Customer service is A+, but you already new that. The employees make that line move fast. The food is always fresh. My favorite place ever.
