Food was real good. Variety of customers. Very old building, but looks like they try to keep things CDC approved. Had not been in the cafe for approximately 4 to 5 years. Lemon Meringue Pie was absolutely perfect.
Great little small town restaurant. Double burger was very tasty. Service was wonderful. Worth driving off the beaten path. Even bought the t shirt.
They're very warm family-oriented company they take excellent care of you and the food is always fresh and taste out of this world go to the real Hamburger King
I've loved this place since I was a little girl. The food is great as well as the people.
We're just passing through on our way to Texas and the Airbnb owners (as well as the pecan store owners) recommended this place to us. It did not disappoint!! The burgers are huge and delicious! For our family of two adults and 4 children we ordered the jalapeno burger basket (this was legit with a large roasted jalapeno on it), and two cheeseburger baskets with two cheeseburgers (one of which to split in half for the littlest kids). We added grilled onions to all. We split up all the potato wedges between us and oh my goodness, delicious!! There was plenty of food! We also ordered 3 slices of pie. Our favorite was the monkey one! I'm not a big fan of pudding pies so I don't know that it's a necessity to try the pies, but the burgers were amazing! These were definitely some of the best burgers we've ever had! Amazing flavor! (We've lived in and traveled to a lot of places!)
