Muskogee County Transit

I have lived here for years and did not know we had a public transit system. I am so glad I discovered it. They were great and very professional. 5 stars.

My car broke down so I had need to use the transit system. Well, I say use. I never got anyone to answer the phone. I sent Facebook messages, I called repeatedly leaving message after message. No one ever answerd or called back. I am very disappointed. We are such a scattered town, most people are more than a few miles from school, work, or a store that when you suddenly have no access to transportation you are in a lot of trouble. I realize this is a business but they should be ashamed of themselves and work to improve themselves. I would have had several people riding, for more than a week daily. Now, the local taxi service will be getting a lot of business from me.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW: IT'S THE SCHEDULE.nThe Muskogee County Transit runs buses from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Fri, and they are closed on the weekends. Bus fares are $.50 for each ride, and Fridays are free.
