Dr. Grizzle M.D. and Dr. Katie DNP are both amazing! They are both very compassionate. They are willing to work with you, and to adjust things as needed to ensure your care is where it needs to be. They take the time to listen and ensure that your care is tailored to you, and while this makes the office wait time longer than desired it is well worth it. The staff is very busy, but always take the time to make everyone of the patients feel like they are the only patient in the office. Cathy is the backbone of this place! She will not only make sure you get the best of the best care and service, but she will also take the time to answer your questions, and if you call and need to speak with her she will actually take the time to get on the phone. She is truly amazing, and if I were the doctor or NP I would certainly do whatever it took to make sure she was happy, because that is what she does for each and every single patient she comes into contact with. The only thing I will say is that the Pharmacy takes way too long to fill medications, and often it appears that they are filling medications for people who are going to pick up their meds later rather than getting those of the people waiting in the office to pick up. I love the entire clinic staff and the pharmacy staff as well, but the pharmacy certainly has room for improvement when it comes to timely service. However the pharmacy tech. that has checked me out each and every time I have been there is absolutely incredible, and she provides a level of customer service next to none. I would highly recommend this medical team to anyone looking for excellence in medicine.

My first visit the whole staff are pleasant, uplifting atmosphere.

They need to hire someone who has a better personality for receptionist and others that know what they need to do to get the things done correctly such as referrals, medications , scheduling all that stuff. Very poor service

Very unprofessional. Receptionist dont know what they're doing. Medical assistant tells you your labs show one thing and the doctor says other wise. Doctor doesnt listen just talks over you. Referrals I asked for to specialists never got set up. They love talking about other patients in front of you...dont waste your time and money on this clinic.

I would not go anywhere else and for everyones info they are NOT Just a pain management clinic, they are all about family too !
