Terrible experience here! Food was fine but the service was atrocious. It took us 30 minutes to get our food and it was simple nothing crazy. There were 3 ppl doing their job while 4 others including what looked like to be a manager just wandered about and chatted aimlessly with each other. I have been here twice in the last month and it's been the same wait time for both times of coming here. Will not be coming back and whoever is the owner here really needs to take a look at who they have as manager and for staff because it's NOT working.
Restroom (mens) was atrocious, filthy. Tried to order 2 apple pies and a water inside, 10 minutes in line and still not able to order. Came outside, went through drive thru, added item to our order that they graciously removed for us. But our apple pies were cold.nWe frequent McDonald's restaurants in many places weekly. This place needs more help.
Just stopped in on a road trip....EXTREMELY POLITE! Excellent customer service!!!! It’s an odd hour and I requested black coffee. Unfortunately they were out of filters and tried to acquire some from the gas station next door, but were unsuccessful (but so great they tried!). So they offered to make me an espresso frappe in exchange. I’m SUPER impressed with their service and doing everything they can to make their customer happy, especially a young man named Keith and young lady named Ty. AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Set in line for 45 minutes for a simple order and was missing half of it when we got it
