Very sad experience. Seeing the reviews I expected excellent service and food. But got neither. I was welcomed in. We ordered are food and drinks. Are drinks then came and we waited. No worker came to give us and refills. Sitting there for 1 hour and 30 minutes with empty drinks and hungry stomachs. We then decided to leave because this wasn’t worth the wait. Once leaving we find out are order was never put in. You’d think because we were sitting there for an hour someone would check up on us. But no there we sat. The lady said she lost her ticket book. But every other person she took orders for got there food perfectly fine. They didn’t apologize whatsoever. It just makes me sad. If you want good service I advise not going here.
We have eaten here 3 times and had excellent food and service everytime. ud83dude0b This Saturday night they were especially busy, but Bella was our waitress and she took great care of all her tables. My brother commented his Ribeye was one of the best he had ever had. .y 12ox. Sirloin was tremendous and my sister in-laws Cat fish was fantastic. Love this restaurant!
Went on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the smoking nachos and the cheese burgers were off the chain. The bun was toasted and oh so very good. Highly recommended.
I give it 5 stars mainly because it was pretty fast to go in-and-out of there and leave with a full belly. Great customer service. Great cleanliness by the cooks, and the full slab of BBQ Ribs ud83dude0b was tasty ud83dudc4c
The delicious food is only out shined by the wonderful staff. The service was awesome and food all top notch. Definitely a must stop if your hungry and near stroud. See you soon!
