Great Place, Awesome food. Rustic feel to the place right on historic rt 66. I am really glad we found this place...I have only tried the chicken fried steak, okra mash potatoes gravy and the dinner rolls they were awesome! We drive here from Shawnee just to have an awesome dinner!
Tammy’s is just off Route 66 so this roadside cafe is decorated as such, sporting a menu of fried favorites + bbq. It appears there might be a bit of a bar scene at night when we aren’t in pandemic mode.nnFood is legit country cooking and the waitstaff is extremely friendly. Tip: the sweet iced tea is for real. If you get tea or soda ask for the large to-go cup rather than settle for the smaller house glass.nnNear the register you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a huge cinnamon roll. Do it. Trust me.
The staff was pretty awesome. And the people in this town are super nice. The food was great! I will be back to eat again.
This place has wonderful home-cooked food. I got the chopped sirloin with onions & gravy, my husband got the roast beef. Everything was great & the homemade rolls topped it off.
The food was amazing !!!!! Our new favorite place to eat. There's so many different entrees to choose from there's no way to get burned out on the food.
