We have always wanted to try this restaurant, but every time we go by it's closed. We made it today. We were heated with a less than enthusiastic young lady who barely looked up from her phone before telling us to sit anywhere. The place is clean as well as the restrooms.nThe young lady came to take our order with her less than pleased persons and only up a little when we asked her what her favorite item was on the menu, she was then very animated.nAs we were the only people there the food didn't take long. I ordered a hamburger with fries and my spouse ordered the hot roast beef with mashed potatoes. The roast beef was very tender and covered in gravy. The hamburger was pretty good for a frozen patty.nThey have a pretty good sized menu, so if you have every thought about stopping by do so. We plan on coming back to try other menu items, hopefully I'll remember next time to take pictures of the menu so you can see your options.

I want to give 5 stars but I can't. The food is good but the service has really gone down. Also specials are posted on Facebook for $10 but you are charged $10.99 when it's mentioned it's not fixed and excuses are given. Was told Facebook won't allow the .99 to be added. I feel like it's dishonest. If Facebook won't the .99 cents why not just post an even $11. I love the atmosphere and to go there with friends for breakfast or lunch I just wish a little more effort was made to better service and pricing and it would be an amazing place.

Tried for the first time. Had the Thanksgiving buffet. Delish. Will go back again. Staff was wonderful.

Came in at 1130 and sat down waitress took our order like she didnt wanna be there. Said she was about to close (sign says open till 2).nTook 20 minutes to get my coffee. Even longer for food. I orderd the ranch house burger it said it came with a 1/4 pound patty but was smaller then the cheeseburger patty at McDonald's. My burger was extremely dry not at all seasoned. Friend orderd the brisket sandwich and again was dryer then a desert. Waitress was rude food was poor. Not comeing back

Very poor service. Poor wait staff. Dryest burger I've ever eaten. Burger said it came with a 1/4 pound patty but was smaller then a cheeseburger patty at McDonald's. Whoever the owner is needs to learn how much a 1/4 pound weighs before they put false ads on menus
