Showed up at 1030 waited in line about 20 minutes once they opened and took only 5 minutes to get food after I ordered. The staff is very friendly and entertaining.nnThe meat was all cooked perfectly with a good flavor. The overall BBQ flavor is unique to this place. Can easily eat the meat without BBQ. The price is comparable to many places around for the amount of meat you get.nnThe sides are great, onions and pickles, coleslaw and macaroni salad was all fantastic. The beans are different.. I liked them but they are not traditional oklahoma baked beans but they are worth the try. Kinda sweet. I would definitely eat here again.

It was phenomenal!! Glad we stopped on the way back home to eat here. Will definitely make the 1.5 hour trip to eat here again. Great atmosphere, food was fantastic, and the staff was awesome. Can't wait to go here in the summer.

If you love BBQ, this is easily in the top 3 BBQ places in Oklahoma. Ribs were like juice with meat attached they are so tender and juicy! The pulled pork is also next level good. Best in the state. The Meat Locker gets you a little bit of everything, so its great for a first timer...but it was all incredibly good! Absolutely worth the wait and the hype. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I've waited this long to try it !!! A definite destination food stop!!!

Best BBQ in America!!! Quote me! Ribs fall off the bone. Brisket is other worldly. Sides are great. Need a hot sauce and that's it. My only suggestion

Although we must report both pluses and minuses here, it is certainly the case that you will want to get there early because they can and do sell out, and the line can be long. At the opening on Sunday morning, the line was already out the door.nPortions are large. $44.51 purchased a large tray of burnt ends, turkey, jalapeno cheddar sausage, two St. Louis style ribs, sides of apple pie baked beans and mac 'n cheese, an additional pint of the beans, a beer and a refillable soft drink. We estimate that this platter would easily satisfy 8 hungry adults.nPOSITIVES: the lightly glazed ribs are sensational. The meat separates cleanly at the bite, , and the glaze is light enough for the full flavor of the meat to shine through. The rub on the burnt ends is, by Texas standards, understated, which again allows the flavor of the meat to be fully enjoyed. The meat is tender, and easily cut. The mac 'n cheese has a nice peppery flavor that makes it distinctive, and the infusion of apple in the baked beans gives this venerable BBQ dish a tasty twist as well.nNEGATIVES: as long as you stay well away from the rub, the slices of turkey are moist and tasty. Today, however, the rub was badly applied, and the meat adjoining the bark tasted like pure salt. These things do happen, and we would not hesitate to order the turkey again in hopes of a better outcome. Finally, the jalapeno cheddar sausage is bland, and the membrane thick enough to defy plastic utensils. We were able to saw through with steak knives , which in fairness we have had to haul out in many a BBQ establishment.nIn sum, there is potential here, but they need to iron out a few kinks. We would rate this number 4 of the 9 'cue joints that we have sampled on this trip.
