I received a quote in January as I was shipping around for a new insurance company. After about a month of researching our options we decided to go with Dusti. We emailed back and wanted to get our paperwork in line and she called and i gave her all of our information and also a due date to when we was out of our current policy. After a few emails reminding her to get our information processed over a few weeks. On the day of the end of our current policy still nothing from Dusti. Either she didn’t want our business or she just has a lack of care for new customers.nnI am sure someone will reply to this bad review saying that they would love to make things right or they would like us to contact them. Well I already tried that so I’m here to just tell my story. Thanks

Saved money on my insurance and have recieved excellent service. In February I had a little incident. I called Dusti and within 10 minutes the rental car place was calling me to get me something to drive. The very next morning the tow truck took my vehicle to the body shop and they got right on it. Body shop had a problem with a piece of their equipment and had my vehicle longer than they should have. Dusti took care of my rental the entire time. No worries-Farmers took good care of me. I highly recommended.
