Very unprofessional, incompetent, unable to put his personal life aside long enough to treat his patients. Had to call 8 times in one week to only receive half of medication and the following two weeks never received any. If you have a serious condition, such as cancer, this is not the right doctor for you.

Dr. Sumner is a great doctor! Dr. Sumner is caring, considerate, and extremely smart! He strives to treat the patient and the symptoms completely. He recognizes that medicine is more than prescribing medication to patients.

Although initially the going was tough, I persevered through that very Rocky start to find Dr. Sumner to 've the most competent physician I have ever had, bar none.

Very rude staff . No compassion, never let's me speak, never asks how I am, most of the staff are unprofessional and non-caring, the doctor has no social skills and is extremely non-personable. I have no choice but to go here because of medicade .It's absolutely horrible .I've never been to such a disgraceful medical facility.
