I spent 2hrs in the store with my grandchildren trying to buy fish, aquarium and everything needed. We spent a great deal of the time waiting for assistance. After brief assistance from 2 other employees it was Tessa to the rescue finally! She didn't rush us and she got another employees assistance, but stayed with us until we were in line of the register. Thank you Tessa at the Muskogee, Ok store. I will return for future supplies for my fish and tank.

The two ladies that work the front registers are amazing. So patient and willing to answer all my questions, even when i let my excitement get the better of me lol. We have built our little budgie empire with babies from ur store, and they are amazingly sweet little dudes! Honestly? I'd consider working there solely based on friendliness and the awesome environment!

Very disorganized had trouble locating some stuff. Not sure if I purchased the right things. The lady that helped us pick out fish was nice though. We were there when it was busy so it was hard to find help that wasn't already with some one. Nice people but messy store.

I ordered from their online store several times and had a problem with almost every package. A hide that I ordered arrived in 3 pieces because there was barely any cushioning in this large box. I ordered crickets from there twice and both times there was a beetle with them and in the second one there was also a spider (probably something that needs to be brought up with Timberline). Plus, when I ordered hornworms the ones they sent me had barely any food left in with the 48 hornworms I had ordered. Not fun.
