I love going to see Mr. Reash for care at FastMed! I wish he could be my general care doctor! He always takes great care of my six children, my husband, and myself when we need him!nThe check-in lady is always very friendly and efficient, and make sure everything upfront stays very clean and disinfected for the guests.nWe have no complaints and complete confidence in this team! FastMed is always my go to for what health care needs I have. The doctors and office staff are always super attentive to o my concerns but if I have to really separate two from the flock on being OUTSTANDING with assisting me it would be Gary & Jodie. I always know if they are there I am well taken care of!

I used the online check in to let the clinic know what time I was arriving with my daughter. I thought this would make the wait time shorter. Checking in online does not help any of the wait time. We were still there over 2 hours. For a working mom, this isn't worth the $50 co pay. I would not refer this place to anyone unless you are unemployed and have time to just sit and wait.

While on vacation my son developed some sort of rash which was believed to be an allergic reaction to something. The staff were very friendly and helpful in treating him. The wait time was very minimal. As a parent when your child is suffering all you can think of is what to do to comfort them and make them feel better. Our provider and all the staff not only made that possible but we’re very tender and caring and showed great compassion when dealing with my child. We come to Boone every year for a family vacation and it’s so nice to know should I need urgent care, there is definitely a place that will give me and my family the care we need. Thank you to all the staff for all you do day in and day out to care for all of us.

They have not been wearing masks, unless in a room with a patient, the last several times I ever went in. Will never go back. The wait time is erroneous, bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired, and in good conscious I will never set foot in one again as long as other facilities are functional. How can an URGENT CARE choose to selectively wear masks IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC?
