No idea what everyone else is talking about. In fact the bus is clean; great travel information, and weather your trip is long that's not their problem - should of chose some other company or a plane in the first pace. The trip is getting to the destination regardless and I feel comfortable, plus they got seatbelts that are well made and secure.Totally recommend Tornado & El Expreso Bus Company.

If I could give this company a zero I would they kicked a man and verbally abused him. He had been waiting for an hour and a half to get on the bus cause they're not punctual.
