A lovely bike ride.

Small carpark with access to the River Neuse trail. Up a gradient to get to the carpark from the trail. Great place to start a walk. Once on trail take a left to see the suspension bridge. If you walk to the right it you will come eventually to the old Milburnie Dam. If you start at this trail and walk to Anderson Park it’s about 5 miles.

If you are approaching the Neuse River Greenway on foot, and not bike, this is a wonderful place to start. 1/4 mile in, take a left (north) to find the most beautiful suspension pedestrian bridge in Wake County.
