Always friendly, professional, and welcoming. My partner has the monthly plan where she gets unlimited haircuts, and she is always happy when she leaves here! She was even granted with a few guest passes (where I was able to receive complimentary service also!).They know what they are doing and the owners, Reggie and Jessica, are always upbeat and customer centered. Such good customer service! That really makes a difference. Quality haircuts and a positive atmosphere!
I searched high and low for a barber for my son when we moved here in December. I’m so happy we found The Bar Ber Shop. I love the ease in scheduling and paying online. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The shop is so modern and clean. They take extra special precautions to keep us all safe. My son looks great and is always fly for daycare. I’d recommend this shop to any and everyone!!
“Mr. Reggie” is a staple name in our household! Our son gets so excited to go get his haircut and refuses to go to any other barbershop. The barbershop experience comes with more than a haircut, it is the environment— the comfort, the ease, feeling welcomed. Not only does this place appeal to a child, but to my husband, as well. It is such a pillar in this community and I am grateful that my son gets to experience the love and positivity that Reggie has encompassed in the experience of getting a hair cut! We absolutely love Ms Kat and her energy in cutting our little guy’s hair! Highly recommend a haircut experience at “Mr. Reggie’s” shop!
Excellent Barber Shop. Incredibly clean, professional from beginning to end, and talented staff. J-Ant and Reggie are great at what they do. The shop has a comfortable atmosphere and the care and attention to detail is arguably unmatched in the area. I travel 30 minutes for a haircut here and haven't regretted it yet.
First, I moved from the DMV to Raleigh with a little knowledge of the area. With my wife's help we have a list of new people to find in any move ( doctor, pediatrician for the children, new food spots , etc). But after all that my wife and I needed to get two things a barber for myself and a beautician for her.nnAfter much research and , I came across the Bar Ber Shop and I was sold by the great reviews and social media. When I arrived I was greater by friendly smiles and great customer service. It was a home atmosphere like I wasn't a first timer but part of the family.nnMy haircut was on point because they had attention to detail and great care to the portrait of my face and hair to show the world! I will be coming back and bringing my boys! When I got home the wife loved it! Thank you!!!
