I am excited to be apart of the family! I've been affiliated over 25 yrs. My experience has been second to none. First meet the Poole's when they were at Capitol peds Dr. Frank (RIP)and his bedside manner was warm and cozy on top of being an excellent pediatrician, reminded me of my childhood pediatrician Dr. Sydney Cohen. And now my daughter is bringing my grandchild. Dr. Jim has taken this practice to the next level. I am also a Fast Braiin patient along with a host of my family members.nKUDOS TO THE STAFF. And when Dr. Fred Burroughs became apart of the team I knew all that one needed to know about pediatrics was encompassed with this partnership.My 18 yr old daughter cried when she had to move on! So with all the kinks and mishaps, still I give this practice on a scale of 1-10 an 11!!!!!nTill death do us part! Love ya Dr. Jim and keep doing what you do! ONE OF YOUR BIGGEST FANSnCHRISTI JADE

I absolutely love Growing Child Pediatrics! The front desk, the nurses and the providers are wonderful! I feel very happy seeing any of the providers, they are all so loving, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I know I can count on them seeing my babies no matter how booked they can be! I love that their urgent care in Knightdale is open on the weekends, saves me the trouble of having to take them to the ER.

Doctors are dismissive and don’t listen . Nurse staff talk very nasty over the phone . I get excuses after excuses instead of the help I’m asking for on behalf of my kids I am in the process of finding better doctors who actually listen to concerns and evaluate without smug and I know it all responses. Disgusted and very upset will never take my kids there again !!!! I wish I could give a zero .

Front desk staff are super nice, Mrs.Sharmell gets her job done but thats about it. She is not a people person or kid person which is super inconvenient for the type of job she has. You are supposed to trust your pediatrician, and feel happy to take your child too, Our children are our most delicate thing in the world. And i felt nothing close to it. And i am not the only one who says this. 2 of my friends have just transferred their children to another location because they felt unwelcome and not cared for either.

Hard to get in touch with. Doesn’t return calls. Child went without meds for 4 days because they didn’t follow up.
