Today was my first visit at this location seeking medical advice and a primary care doctor. There was a mishap with the medical assistant Sheila and I was very disappointed by her behavior with me as a new patient as she did not make me feel comfortable and unfortunately got very rude towards me. Thankfully the doctor Mrs. Brewington changed my experience around by the time I left my appointment I was very pleased that I choose this facility. She is very welcoming personable and kind. She listened to me and answered all my questions, she made me feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you

The nurse Lakita and Dr. Hinton are wonderful! Even the front desk was amazing. They aided to my needs and made sure I was doing well even after my visit. Very attentive care.

Front desk staff is great. Went in for a well check 2 years ago which is 100% covered. Received a bill in the mail. labcorp and I called them on 3 way to advise the claim was coded wrong. They apologized and said they would update it. Why am I still getting bills in the mail 2 years later. Someone needs to audit the billing department and get this fixed ASAP. If this doesn’t get fixed I’ll be filing a complaint.

Easy to schedule online. Friendly staff and knowledgeable and professional dr. My needs and concerns were heard. Great first impression. I’m happy I finally got away from some of the bigger names I’m use to in the area
