Went to appointment with my son. Medication was sent in which CVS said wasn't covered by his insurance. Contacted Duke Primary spoke with Adonis who went above and beyond to help me get everything straightened out. She contacted CVS and kept me in the loop and within an hour stated we'd be able to get his medicine and it would be covered with his insurance. Outstanding service from this lady!

I'm very excited to be a new patient of Dr Vicky Mooring and Duke Health of Knightdale. The staff is very friendly. I loved the office administrators and nurses that I worked with. Dr Mooring is smart and straight forward. I am hoping to be a patient of her's for years to come.

I definitely recommend this facility as a primary care, physical therapy facility, and the orthopedist. I have not had to use the Urgent Care. Staff is friendly and very accommodating when needing a short notice appt. Wait times were non-existent to moderate. The PA's listen and we're very helpful with conservative treatment. PT staff is AMAZING, highly recommend Amanda. They have certainly helped me with getting back into my daily life.
