Dr. Clark and his hygienist were amazing at the knightdale location. I told the hygienist when he was setting up that I wasn’t ready because I hate the dentist. But I have to say it was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. I NEVER felt the needle to numb me up and the procedure was over so quick!! There conversation while I was having my procedure was great, they are a great team. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Brian M and support person are AWESOME!!! They show a sincere care for the patient then provide a quality service.nnI really appreciate the care and support DeShawn provided. He and Dr had not worked together before but you would think they were best friends because he had all the necessary equipment for the doctor before he could even ask. The doctor show much gratitude to him for reading his mind.
Our Dental Hygienist Brittany was amazing and amazing being an understatement. 2 out of 3 of my children are on the spectrum and Brittany was amazing with both. Patient and caring and made being at the dentist less daunting and actually fun. She is my go to for now on and needs to be yours. (Sorry about officially increasing your workload Brittany).nnBut overall I love this office and the staff. Extremely easy to work with and the kids feel comfortable around the entire staff. The Drs are equally amazing.
A lot of changes have occurred since the pandemic but I am pleased at how this office in particular has kept things going despite the challenges. My family of five have always been taken care of, we're accommodated so that everyone can be seen the same day. The team has always been on time and efficient. There was a minor hiccup one morning but the office manager immediately took care of the technical issue and ensured I was taken care of. Everything is kept clean and you can see the staff working as a team. My recent dental assistant on Feb. 10, 2021 and March 3, 2021 was absolutely amazing!!! I recommend this office to several and they're great with children as well. I honestly feel like all of my family dental care and needs are in great hands.
Amber my Dentist is the most patience and lovely young Dentist. I was so anxious when I got there the first timeand sat down on her chair that I stood up and left. She patiently calmed me down and said not to worries. The second time I was there, she was ready for me and guide me through the cleaning process without any inconveniences. I'm very grateful I found Riccobene Associates for my dentist cleaning. I highly recommend it.nnJorge Canario
