i would like nice spa tyme so look my local place i use every month to make sure it’s open so get myself together yes it’s friday but it’s my spot google says it closes 7 i’m good get there 6:29 they say sir can you come back tomorrow we’re closing in 30 mins with i see more then ten works ready for work!

This place made us wait forever after we called for an appointment. The gentleman who did my pedicure tore my cuticles up and now they are raw and painful. I tried to tell him that it hurt but he didn't speak any English and seemed oblivious to my wildly gesturing in his face. My daughter's fill and color change took over an hour and the polish has lumps and is already chipping. They also have some racket they are running where if you pay cash, they won't charge you the sales tax. Sounds like fraud to me.

I orginally gave a 3 star rating 10 months ago and I'm changing it to a 1 star now. This is my 3rd time here and I'm not coming back. Pedicures should not bring you to tears. How can they not know to soak off the gel. She ripping it from my nails. I asked her to stop so she started using the file. The sides of the file are so sharp shes cutting the top of my toes. When I started squirming she finally pours the acetone on to soak it off but its burning the hell out of all the cuts on the top of my toes. I thought about just walking out in the middle but I'm to embarrassed. Don't come here!!!

I never write reviews. I just got the worst fill I've ever had. I'm a cosmetologist, and could do it myself. I should have. I had an older man work on me. He was nice enough, but I kept pointing out things, and he pretty much ignored me. I could have bought all the stuff to do this and it would have been 20 times better. I've had ladies here do a great job, so it's not everyone there. Won't be coming back.

I’ve literally tried to have patience with this salon but it just seems they mess up more and more every time almost 3 hours on a simple new set with blue polish the girl who sits in the way back does an awful job I literally had to keep telling her they where crooked I asked for them as short as possible and she cut them I told her their still to long she said I’ll file them this girl has no idea how to file nails or shape them I literally hated my nails and she said she would redo them but being pregnant and being in there 3 hours I didn’t wanna be there another minute longer I had to literally come home and file and shape them correctly myself I was just beyond upset never again will I come back here I’ve had it with this place 😡👎👎👎👎
