Panera Bread

Can best be described as a somewhat upscale fast food restaurant. Purchases (sit down or take out) can be made via a cashier or kiosk. Menu choices center around bagels, pastries, and salads. Food is fresh and made to order, as appropriate. Staff is friendly, seating is ample and includes outdoor tables.

I really enjoyed my bowl of chicken noodle soup. Except for the fact that it was literally just broth. Would’ve really loved some chicken and noodles like the name implies.

This Panera bread has never gotten my breakfast order right. Well, maybe they had a bad day. Well, no, every day I order from there must be a bad day. I'm so sick of the excuses and being from the foodservice industry for many years. This lack of service is not acceptable. Yes, I'm not happy at all. You would think that the manager would have the training to handle an unhappy customer. Guess again. Not happening, nor did he have any desire to make it right in any way. This manager has no problem losing one customer. So he thinks he has only lost one customer. It's incredible how this would be ok in any industry.

Fantastic customer service! Manager Eric promptly corrected an issue with my order on New Years Eve and we truly enjoyed our takeout dinner! I highly recommend this location for the best comfort food and hospitality! Thank you!

Awful food and beverage experience which I cannot believe I paid for..Staff however was lovely and kind but product was stale like bagels had been sitting out for a week and almost inedible. Tea was somehow terrible also, flavor tasted so odd and like bags had been contaminated with air freshener or something. A strange funky perfume taste in the green tea. Hot water station had tepid lukewarm water :/ Unfortunately as kind as the staff was to me to try to fix the multiple issues, I will never be back. Yuck. Again, staff was SO nice and friendly, so just reiterating that.
