In planning, he gives great advice based on years of experience. He’s great at finding the best deals and he’s second to none in personal service. He is with you literally every step of the way because he CARES. He is always on top of the slightest little change in flight times or delays, emailing me the changes once he gets them. And he’s quick to be on the phone to resolve any type of hiccup that could possibly arise. Even in a recent travel situation where our cruise ship left a group of us in San Juan due to an emergency at the North Carolina airport that caused an extreme delay, David was immediately on the emergency line with the cruise ship as well as booking us our room for that night and the earliest possible flight the next morning so we could connect with our cruise ship at the first port as quickly as possible. We met the ship at 11:00 the next morning only missing a few waking hours of our 7 day cruise, and were happily on our way to enjoy the rest of our cruise. He was always calm, constantly in contact with updates and options, always reassuring us, always working on our behalf, and making what could be explained as stressful, as extremely pleasant under the circumstances. In all of our other travels, everything has gone completely smoothly and he still offers that same incredible level of service and dedication to excellence. As far as travel agents go....he goes above and beyond....and over the years, he has become a very dear friend.
