Normally I wouldn't do this but this past Wednesday at Integrated Pain Solution I was supposed to have a Steriod Injection that I have been waiting on for a few weeks and I wasn't to happy about it but my back and leg pain said other wise I needed some relief and if anyone dealing with the same issues would understand but apparently the nurse who works for my Doctor didn't and she showed it over a $3.00 copay I felt as though I was dealing with a FB Karen this is were things get out of control my appointment was at 9am I made my call at 9:02am my Husband goes to the bank it opens at 9am he has to come back because I was told I could not drive after the Injection while I'm sitting there in the hallway for 45 minutes only 2 ppl came out 1 from my Doctor and the other from the Doctor who was suppose to give me my Steriod Injection when I met the out of town nurse I was polite and so was she until the lady behind the desk ask me if I had my $3.00 copay I shared with her that I was waiting for my Husband to come back with it and it was like I was speaking with a FB karen I couldn't believe Her I waited 45 mins out there I asked if she could give me 5 minutes I was asked to leave I was told to reschedule I was even threatened to have the police called on me and that was when my Husband walks in reaching out the $3.00 she repeated herself with authority and I felt totally disrespected she was unprofessional she had no patience no sympathy not even a little kindness towards me nor the pain I am still in. Now I'm sharing this because it seems everyone is apologizing for her( nurse) behavior except for her and I would appreciate an apology from her(nurse) and here is my apology for having a Panic attack because I'm in pain I Apologize. For my behavior over a $3.00 copay because I did not have it in my hand at 9:45 My Husband and myself has been calling everyday since Wednesday to reschedule the other nurse who works there said she would leave her the message to reschedule ASAP and nothing Here it is Friday I finally got someone on the phone she said the same thing apologizing for her behavior and said they have a Strict Policy on Co paying she would leave them a message and my Doctor will call me on Monday. To add to my misery my Sister passed earlier that Wednesday morning and I was thinking that after my Steriod Injection in couple of days I would be able to grieve with My Family without back pain..ud83dude25ud83dude25ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d I'm sharing all of this because I truly truly need medication for the rest of my life dealing with Chronic Back Pain and Sciatic Nerve Pain I've had 2 surgery and calling for a 3rd Intergrated Pain Solution is convenient for me and I think I have a pretty good medical team until this pass Wednesday SMH ... Well just adding Monday night is almost over. I went to bed in pain and now I'm up in pain and No Phone Calls Today from IPS. SMH

This place doesn't even get one star. They don't answer the phone. My doctor sent my files like seven times and had confirmations they received it. They claim they never received it. They don't return phone calls. They also put you on hold and never answer. They are also very rude. If you are in pain do not go here. They totally suck

Starting going June 3rd. Dr. Bailey procrastinated after many visits. He claims he needed labs even when I sent them myself and my MD. He was to give me trigger point injections but that never happened. Tried selling me on THEIR CBD oil, the massage therapist was an outside therapeutic massage therapist who did NOT accept insurance. The dr never put me on Savella as per our conversation. I emailed the consultant several times bc I could get no return call. The lady up front was mean and could not do her job at all. This place sucks. I will never go back!!!!

I have had a great experience with them. They are very patient and understanding of my needs and complaints. I have been to other pain specialists before and have never be treated as well as they have. Thank you integrated pain for all u have done for me so far.

I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORSE ENEMY. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS ALSO HORRIBLE.. DONT PEOPLE LISTEN WHEN I TELL U DONT COME TO THIS PLACE.. LET IT BE A NO NO FOR YOU SPEND A FEW MORE DAYS ON GAS AN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me you will thank me later! Too be honest I think 1 star is too much they don’t even deserve that.
