I have been going here for almost a year, the doctor is the BEST, BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS A JOKE!!! I HAVE A LOT OF MEDICAL ISSUES AND I OWED THEM $166, THEY WOULD NOT LET ME MAKE PAYMENTS THEY DENIED LETTING ME SEE Doctor!!! I THOUGHT PATIENT CARE CAME FIRST, APPARENTLY MONEY COMES FIRST!!!!

Thanks to Cox Family Practice for taking care of Troop 508’s summer camp physicals this year (and last). We appreciate you and your kind staff! An added bonus last year was that my son decided he wanted to change practices so he could be seen by Dr. Perry when Dr. Thomas (the doctor he had seen since birth) was called into ministry. So far, we’ve been very happy with the decision. Great care all around!

What a joke! I have tried several times to reach out and make an appointment for my daughter who is 15 very healthy just needs the occasional check up! I sent several messages via their online portal. Today I got a chance to call and they advised it had been 3 years since she was seen as of 9/13/19 and they are not taking any new patients! Really??? If you would have responded to my online request on 9/9/19 she would be fine! Why even have an online portal if you ignore it? They also refused to see me because I had to cancel an appointment due to it conflicted with my radiation schedule! Yes was going through breast cancer treatment and they got made i could not come to a follow up because I felt my cancer treatment was more important.
