Lowes Foods of Asheboro

You can find some things in this store that are nearly impossible to find in other grocery stores. It's a small store so fairly often you'll find the shelf empty where the item you need is supposed to be. They have a nice produce section where you can find things that you never see anywhere else. I love the deli and meat counters where you can get the cuts of meats and cheeses you want instead of sorting through things that are already packaged. The bakery is also nice. They have the best wine selection of any grocery store I've ever seen in the area in which I live. And they also have a nice florist. It's very clean and organized and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are a little bit higher than discount super grocery stores such as Walmart but they're comparable to Food Lion and Harris Teeter. I would say their pricing on fresh food is closer to Harris Teeter and the canned/packaged dry goods are more comparable with Food Lion. You can choose paper or plastic bags. I prefer paper and their paper bags have handles. All around, I really like this store. I hope my review will be helpful to everyone who reads it. ud83dude03

Lovely customer service! A nice young man whose name I believe was Kelvin helped me with my groceries, he was wonderful and polite. Will be returning soon. Also the cakes are delicious!

I like lowes foods just not their high prices. I sometimes stop by after work because it is convenient.
