Great place to get help on Nutrician and the classes are offered in house. My experience in the store was helpful in the knowledge of healthy fats and healthy snacks. I purchased several food items for snacks and found myself amazed at all the zero or low carb varieties. The chicken bacon ud83eudd53 is delicious! I placed 3-4 pieces in small zip lock storage bags and then in a big storage bag in my freezer. It lasted 6 months and I just pull out one small bag when needed. Its cooked already!! Love this place!!
