Worst medical experience of our lives. Gave us 15 year old materials to study. Got snippy and angry when we asked questions. Went to Duke for second opinion.....best decision of our lives. Know why Murphy is changing professions.

Almost impossible to get an explanation why you have to go in person to pick up a prescription. My dad cannot walk and was living out of town, but was told by this office that they had wheelchairs available (rudely) to come pick up medicine once a month from their office, instead of calling it in to be sent through express scripts. Wanda had it worked out, but when she is not there, another nurse is rude and never can give me a clear answer of why patients must pick up their medicine in the office with a scheduled appt.nif my dad did not have me to speak up for him, it makes me wonder how all these other old people are treated and who comes to their rescue.nSeems like an internal investigation needs to be done by Dr Murphy on how his staff who fill prescriptions are talking to these old people.
