J Mason Custom Jeweler

For my mom's 60th birthday, I wanted to feature a pearl in a custom necklace. Mason was incredibly easy to work with, thoughtful and reasonable. Mason asked me questions about my relationship with my mom and what I wanted this piece to represent and we spent over an hour, sketching and brainstorming before we settled on a design. From the beginning he was very up-front and honest about the price estimate. The final piece was beautiful, sturdy, within my budget and my mom was incredibly touched and loved it. Would highly, highly recommend Mason!

I returned to this area in the past year after being away for some years. I asked people what jeweler they would recommend to reset a ring. I visited J Mason Jewelry and was instantly impressed with the photos of his work on the walls. The rings were truly creative and looked as if they felt great. We talked about my project which was to combine my wedding band and engagment ring into one ring. We met several times and he included me in the design process at every step. Sometimes I took his advice and sometimes I didn't. He was extremely kind and wanted me to be satisfied with the end product. He also withstood the tears well because this was an emotional transformation for me. As we continued to meet, the design changed and I am now wearing a beautiful tribute to my husband.

Mason is fantastic, ignore the naysayer below. He worked with me for weeks, helped me meet my deadline, helped me find the most cost effective option, and my finance loved it. He just a great guy to have a conversation with, 100% would go back again!
