This is the rudest store I’ve ever been in. There’s a better jewelry store in the same mall for both jewelry and repairs that treats customers properly. It was so bad, my family will be avoiding this mall until they do something about Wentworth and Sloan, which is a public nuisance. It’s unfortunate as we had been spending many thousands of dollars a year at this mall.

Wentworth & Sloan has an unparalleled collection of jewelry available in a huge range of styles. They have repaired several rings of mine and I couldn't be happier with their service. I would recommend them to anyone who is shopping for jewelry or who needs jewelry repaired.

Wentworth & Sloan continues to offer the highest quality watches and watch service. They also did a fantastic job updating my wife’s engagement ring into a 40th anniversary ring.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to get a ring appraised and was told it would take about 1 week. I called 8 days after dropping it off and was told it would be a few more days. I called 11 days after dropping the ring off and was told it would be a few more days. I called 15 days after dropping the ring off and was told that the appraiser was currently working on it and it would definitely be done by the end of the day. I showed up 5 minutes before closing that same day and nothing had been done since I dropped it off 15 days earlier. I was lied to 4 separate times for no reason. I would not trust these clowns with a ring pop.
