I wish I could give Elie and Jack more than 5 stars. Their customer service, aptitude for the craft, and investment in your happiness is beyond measure. They were unbelievably helpful during the engagement ring purchasing process and were never pushy. Additionally, I had visited multiple fine jewelry stores around the triangle prior to this and could not find the variety of styles and sheer amount of settings that they keep in stock. Every time I come back to get my ring cleaned, I love catching up with them!nnGive Elie and Jack your time and they will give you their heart for the craft.

Even though my watch repair issue was simple, it was fixed and ready the following day. They even replaced my battery for another watch at no extra cost. Great service, both gentlemen displayed courteous and genuine people skills. If I ever need another repair I will be returning. I visited this jeweler after finding that one of my earring backs had come out of my Diamond earrings. I was advised that my post had been stripped and needed to be replaced. I promptly received service r and was able to pick them up a week later. The team members are personable and helpful. When calling, I’ve been greeted pleasantly. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them.
