Extremely fast drive thru during their busiest time of the day. Amazing customer service and didn't mess up anything!

Went through and ordered a frozen chocolate, employee said the machine was down for cleaning. I have managed Dunkin’ Donuts for over 3 years in Charlotte, NC, it takes 2 seconds to put the machine back together and you only need three of the pieces. The ice chute, splash guard and pitcher. Crazy how you tell the customer no because you are too lazy to put the machine back together. On top of that when we pulled off the employee immediately proceeded to play on his phone. Have been to this location multiple times and have been told no to something I’ve ordered every time. The manager needs to get the night crew together!!

I love the attitudes every morning I go. The man taking the orders is absolutely sweet, an the lady at the drive through who's there from 4am an still maintains a positive attitude,she is very giddy, she def needs the recognition ,the world needs more ppl like her.
