Bruegger's Bagels

I love brueggers bagels! They are always consistently delicious and on point. This specific location is fast and although busy, gets everything done on time and right the first time. The gentleman that brings me out my order to my car is amazing and always friendly. My family loves this place and we visit here often. We will definitely be back.

Don’t waste your time going in-person to place a takeout order. We stood in line for 10 minutes just waiting for our order to be taken. Took another 20 minutes to get our food. Meanwhile, multiple online orders were being fulfilled while customers physically present had to stand around waiting. Should not have been a 30 minute ordeal. They were out of all but 4 kinds of bagels. Staff didn’t seem to care about the wait. Never going back to this location. Maybe you’ll have better luck with an online order. They definitely seem to prioritize that over the people standing right in front of them.

This is just the best Bruegger’s. Nicest people, always efficient, hand sanitizer everywhere. I love this location and always walk out in a good mood.

I love Bruegger’s and I have been coming to this location for years. Recently I have found their service to be deteriorating. Recently I went and my order was messed up. When I went back to get it fixed, the paper my bagel was wrapped in had gunk on it, I suspect cream cheese. This makes me question their hygiene practices. Depending on the time of day the line can be very long (although you have to take covid capacity limits into consideration.) I love Bruegger’s, I’m just not sure I’ll be coming back to this location.

Went in to get my order after ordering on the app 15 minutes prior, the lady at the register said it will be an additional 20-30 minutes. The app stated 10-15 I had already waited 15, 20-30 minutes is an extremely long wait when arriving for a pick up order with kids waiting to eat. Asked for a refund, was told they don’t do refunds for orders placed on the app. After waiting 30 additional minutes, I get my order and there are no muffins when I ordered 4. I ask why there are none and they said that would have taken extra time to bake, so they gave me blueberry bagels instead. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this location.
